Lamp for Gaming Table - Custom Lettering Stencil

Requestor: Darryl Granger, Size: 40"w x 9"h The letters are hand-drawn and backwards and used as a tracing template to be cut out of a colored film on a waxpaper base. This film was then adhered to inside of the glass so the light showed through the letters. The glass was assembled and held together by black metal pieces and the lamp hung by black chain. My brother Nate designed and built the lamp fixtures.

Handlettered Certificates Border was also hand drawn Requestor: Paul Lazar 1990 for Philadelphia Mineralogical Society Special crest went in the circle area. Many labels were also handlettered for Paul's private rock and mineral collection. After retirement, Paul often used his rock collections and displays for teaching and demonstration in local high school science classrooms.
